WHAT WE OFFER

We create awareness and provide guidance and counselling to support people when they are sad or anxious to avoid getting into depression, suicidal thoughts or any other mental disorder. When someone with understanding of mental wellbeing, family member, friend or total stranger, makes it easy to support or advice the way forward.

We Collaborate with professionals and patient to create and publish content pertaining to their experiences or expertise to raise awareness of this.

We collaborate with professionals to Educate, train and offer mentorship programs to the mentally depressed young people on recovery journey.

Help mental sufferers

Support and connect young people with helping agents (support Groups).

Understand, encourage and promote mental health wellbeing to minimize suicidal risks.

Safeguarding of the more vulnerable young people (boys and girls).
